And we're back! Less than thirty minutes have passed in comic-time XDD

This page was actually rewritten slightly to flow better with the hiatus in mind 8T

I have this whole idea in my head that the Caligulan Capitol Palace is like.... a big ol' cross between an apartment complex, an office building, a convention center, an administrative building (of like three different types) an archive building, a hospital, and a school, plus a barracks.

One of the things that ends up meaning is random sitting rooms with self serve restaurant style drink stations.
