This page is actually only late because my sleep cycle's been a little weird since New Year's, lol, and ironically the nap I took so I could finish this seems to have realigned it slightly
Lineart and colors are up for patrons; also there's like. I've been having a little burst of musical creativity so I've been spending it on a project I've been mostly keeping under wraps For Reasons because my Musical Mood has fit in with it
I like this page because, like, I mostly wanted to establish that Lynnah and Rowen are the ones on the door (the rest of Green's team is at key points throughout the building) and ended up having Lynnah make A Comment I think is kind of important? Some people can't handle worrying about big things even when they're actively dealing with them so they worry about petty things instead.
EDIT-Next page will be Saturday because it's probably just better if I go easy on myself this week ^^;
It's always nice to see that at their core they're people, not just characters going through the motions. I like that you flesh out what the other characters are doing without really staggering the pace of the arc. This also allows the viewer to keep track of where the characters are, so that if a confrontation happens they don't conveniently appear from a direction that hadn't been established. It also builds and reinforces their character traits naturally, so we can associate and reliably remember who is which person. This is especially useful in these types of comics with a multitude of *heh* colorful characters that can be confusing to keep track of throughout the varied story-lines without these reminders. Thanks for making this comic, I may have only showed up initially for bellies a long time ago, but I've become invested in this comic, its characters and its story that I'll proudly stick with it until its closure. :3
Being petty about things it's safe to be petty about is one of my major holds on sanity tbh
Thank you!
