I've had it in my head since I came up with Doctor Dross's character that he's been supposed to be dead or in prison for many years and that Silver basically tucked him away. And tEk was actually always related to him in that way.

Also Caligulan overprotectiveness of small children continues to hold true.

Since Dr.Dross doesn't seem to have that protective-ness for children that most Caligulan's do...Is he really Caligulan? I KNOW he is, but feels like he's far off from the standard Caligulan, sadly.

The good doctor is one of those extreme cases who doesn't see 2nd Kind as real people even when they ARE children.
